Hi, I’m Cortney!

I was born a distruptor. I’ve never been interested in living a “normal” life or following the traditional path.

At 19, I made the bold decision to leave college & follow my intuition - which led me across the country to sunny California.

I didn’t have a plan, but I had a vision & I trusted it. I knew I was made for more & I was determined to live life on my own terms even if I couldn’t see the whole path yet.

That was a big turning point in my life. I took a giant leap of faith & it worked out better than I could have imagined.

Everything I am & everything I’ve created in my career - started with that leap of faith.

One thing I know to be true is that God doesn’t respond to our plans - He responds to our faith.

We might not see a clear path ahead - but we must have the faith & courage to take one aligned step at a time - trusting in a divine plan & timeline greater than our own understanding.

California expanded me. I discovered bodywork, immersed myself in health & wellness, surrounded myself with fascinating people & found my path in life.

From there, I continued to have faith that I have specific gifts, joys, dreams & interests for a reason…so I followed them.

It led me to:

+ Massage therapy school

+ Traveling to Bali to study yoga

+ Becoming a lifestyle design + wellness coach

+ Working & apprenticing with the most amazing mentors, teachers & coaches around the world

+ & so much more

I didn’t get a 4 year degree - I got some-thing better: Freedom. An abundant & aligned life & career. A life that I love. A life that allows me to be a forever student.

There have been many evolutions in my life & career as a multi-passionate solopreneur - but this one is my absolute favorite. It encompasses the duality of my brand & personality.

There’s a part of me that’s a high-performing force of nature. She’s logical, strategic & building an empire. She wants to do.

AND there’s a softer side of me. She’s a playful visionary, a creative, always trusting the vibes & following her heart. She just wants to be.

I’m a Gemini after all & duality is our thing.

And that’s what this new evolution of my work & my brand is rooted in. The dance between:

I have an insatiable thirst for knowledge & growth & I consume books & podcasts like they’re going out of style. I’m a life long learner & love sharing my findings on my podcast, yoga classes, newsletter & Instagram.

My spiritual gifts come alive in in-person experiences like bodywork, yoga sessions & retreats.

A Projector in Human Design, I’m a natural born guide, leader & teacher. My gift is deeply seeing people, how they can rise to their potential, their blocks & their gifts.
