This one-of-a-kind experience is fully customized to your goals, preferences, and desired vibe. We’ll begin with a Discovery Call so I can design a personalized itinerary based on your goals, desires, and what your body + soul are craving right now.

Expect a nourishing blend of daily movement (walking, yoga, dance or strength training), healing bodywork and massage, delicious meals at award winning restaurants, exploring Charleston’s rich beauty and history, and plenty of time for rest and relaxation.

For the entire weekend, I’ll be your host, hype woman, teacher, coach, tour guide, personal driver, and new BFF - creating a retreat experience that feels luxurious, nourishing, and unforgettable.

Although this retreat was originally created as a 1:1 experience, you now have the option to bring a +1 (BFF, sister, mom, partner, etc.). It not only makes the investment lighter, but creates a meaningful memory-making experience you’ll cherish forever.

The Airbnb:

Enjoy accommodations in my beautiful, newly renovated, Airbnb. I’m a Super Host & my Suite was voted “Guest Favorite” in downtown Charleston. The Suite has a beautiful aesthetic & lots of natural light. You will be welcomed with fresh cut flowers, a mini fridge stocked with your fav beverages/snacks, a hand written note & a special luxury goodie bag!

Explore Charleston:

Experience pleasure through all five senses while enjoying all of the sights, sounds, tastes, smells & feels that Charleston has to offer. Explore the rich history, beautiful architecture, cobblestone streets, stunning parks, beaches, historic landmarks, top tier restaurants & whatever else sparks your curiosity, all from a locals perspective.

The Wonderer:

Enjoy a half day at The Wonderer, a Tulum inspired members-only wellness/work/social club. This can include lunch, hang time by the pool, gym session, infrared sauna, cold plunge, etc.

Charleston Dining:

This retreat is all-inclusive. You’ll be provided with three meals a day, including breakfasts at the cutest cafes, drool worthy lunch spots, healthy snacks & beverages, & dinners out at Charleston's finest restaurants. Why attend a retreat?

Friday:

12pm: Arrive at the Airbnb to find fresh flowers, a handwritten note & a luxury welcome goodie bag full of treats that will stimulate your senses. Unpack & get settled.

Walk to lunch at the beautiful Park & Grove restaurant. Intention Setting & itinerary review

Walk to Hampton Park on the way back home

Tailored service of choice (yoga, bodywork, coaching, etc.)

About Me

Hi, I’m Cortney! I’ve called Charleston home for the past 18 years, and every day I feel grateful to wake up in this beautiful, vibrant city. It’s been the backdrop for my healing work, my creativity, my retreats, and the community I love so much.

I’ve been a massage therapist for 18 years, specializing in therapeutic, intuitive bodywork. I’ve worked with world-renowned professional tennis and soccer players and have a unique gift for blending yoga, stretching, massage, and energy awareness to help clients feel incredible in their bodies.

I’ve also been a yoga teacher for 16 years with over 1,000 hours of training in Ashtanga, Power Yoga, Laughing Lotus, and Jivamukti. My teaching style is a soulful blend of intelligent sequencing, hands-on assists, high-vibe playlists, and spiritual wisdom that inspires transformation on and off the mat.

For over a decade, I’ve hosted yoga and wellness retreats around the world - Costa Rica, Mexico, Southern France, Iceland - as well as beloved local retreats in Charleston, Folly Beach, Isle of Palms, and Lake Keowee. Creating unforgettable, heart-centered retreat experiences is one of my greatest joys.

Three years ago, I purchased my downtown Charleston home and built a private Airbnb suite on my property. That space quickly became a “Guest Favorite” on Airbnb (top 10% of all listings) and turned into an extension of the welcoming, nourishing energy I love to create.

My passion for personal growth led me to coaching women for over 10 years through my signature programs: Craft Your Path: A Journey of Self-Discovery and The 30 Day Glōw Up - a transformational experience for women ready to elevate their health, mindset, and lifestyle from the inside out. My coaching touches everything from relationships and self-worth to wellness, business, and aligned living.

I’ve also mentored yoga teachers for more than a decade, supporting them in finding their voice, building confidence, refining their sequencing, hands-on assists, branding, social media presence, and creating successful workshops and retreats. Helping teachers create fulfilling, heart-centered careers lights me up.

I’m endlessly passionate about astrology and human design and have completed Level 1 Astrology training and Levels 1 & 2 Human Design. I believe the stars offer a beautiful roadmap to understanding our gifts, patterns, and purpose. I offer readings, workshops, and deep dives for those wanting to explore these systems.

You may also know me as the host of The Unique Way, my podcast where I explore wellness, personal development, spirituality, relationships, creativity, and the messy, beautiful journey of becoming.
