In today’s solo episode, I share a life update from the current season I’m in - a season of purification and preparation. I open up about what it looks like to follow your joy and excitement as a compass, how much I’ve been loving learning to shuffle (and the gift of embracing the beginner’s mindset), and why allowing ourselves to play, learn, and be humbled keeps us lit up and alive.
